Kingspan Roof Section Replacement
A selected roof section received R-30 ISO insulation, 60 mil EPDM membrane, and 24-gauge perimeter metal.
At Kingspan, Lakeland Exteriors & Roofing replaced modified bitumen on a selected roof section. The new assembly uses R-30 ISO insulation and a 60 mil EPDM membrane, finished with a 24-gauge metal gravel stop at the perimeter.

The work
The defined work area was stripped of modified bitumen before the new R-30 ISO insulation and 60 mil EPDM membrane were installed. A 24-gauge metal gravel stop completed the section perimeter.
Result
The selected section received the new EPDM roof assembly and perimeter metal. The surrounding roof areas are outside the documented scope of this project.
