A 119-square EPDM-to-TPO roof replacement with R-30 ISO insulation in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
Lakeland Exteriors & Roofing replaced the existing EPDM roof at Wellspring Pavilion in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The 2026 project covered 119 squares and paired a new TPO membrane with R-30 ISO insulation.

The work
The work replaced the existing EPDM roof assembly with a TPO roofing system and R-30 ISO insulation. The aerial photographs document the roof footprint and finished membrane from several viewpoints.
Result
The documented roof area now has a TPO membrane system with R-30 ISO in place of the previous EPDM roof.
